I purchased a comic from an online shop (xxxx [Edited] comics) through credit card. It has been more than three months and still i haven't received the item. The billing statement included the company name and amount I paid. Since January, I kept sending e-mails, Facebook and Myspace messages (regarding status and updates of my order) both to the company and the owner, xxxxxxx [Edited]

I haven't received a single reply.

Apparently, I've been ripped off.

You should have challenged the purchase through your Credit Card company.
EASY way to be protected. That's what Credit Cards are good for.
