:D Or my new pasttime. I've been playing it for the last week and I love it! My best friend and I have been playing in cooperative mode. Our #1 team consists of Captain America (Ultimates Costume), Thor (Ultimates Costume), Iron Man (Ultimates Costume),and the Human Torch (Ultimate FF Costume). This is our heavy hitters team but we have used others along the way such as Wolverine, Spider-Man, Iceman, Blade, Ghost Rider, Storm, the Thing, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman and Ms. Marvel. In fact, for a while there we just used the FF.

I highly recommend this game especially if you like RPGs. I have played better games such as KotOR I and Jade Empire but this one is pretty good and there are plenty of Marvel characters to choose from.

I've been itching to find a RPG I would enjoy so thanks for the tip.
Last time I played a RPG was about 1985 - Dungeons and Dragons.

That sounds like a great game. I've always liked RPGs, and using Marvel heroes instead of the usual orc/elf/dwarf type of thing would be fun.

My brother and I are always looking for good 2-player games, too, so this is definitely one I'm going to get.

 Hey if anyone buys their copy of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and becomes a V.I.P. member could you invite me to join also? Both of us would get a code to gain access to buddy icons (avatars) and other cool stuff. This is only available through EB Games and GameStop from what I read. I got my game from Best Buy, so I'm out of luck unless one of you decides to help me. You get 20 invitations that you can give out to your friends (ummm....me). Please help if you can and just leave me a Personal Message (PM) with the code. I would be very grateful to anyone who would be willing to aid me in this. Thanks.

I'm a long-time Iron Man fan, so I'll probably use him whether he's a good fighter or not.

As an aside, it's odd that there's never been an Iron Man video game made (excepting Iron Man/XO Man of War for the Saturn, which wasn't very good). I know he's not the most popular character in the Marvel universe, but I think his powers would be well suited to a video game format, and he has a lot of good villains.

Or maybe a Mindworm game! It could be a party game....

I LOVE that game, my only complaint, no Black Widow.

But...it has my Colossus in it

I bought this "for my son" for Christmas.
Wow - the reviews live up to it.
I've only played it a few times now - but my son is hooked.
I'll get him to show me the ropes and report back. Thanks for the tip Zenos.

For future thread readers who may want to check this out:

Find it for sale here for X-Box 360

Find it for sale here for PlayStation 2

Find it for sale here for PlayStation 3

Cheers,
Terry

8) There are all kinds of alternate costumes, including the Black Costume (Spidey), Everybody's Ultimate costume, a classic Wolverine costume, and many more. Nick Fury even comes in 2 versions: Colonel Nick Fury and General Fury (Ultimate version)!
