Two things....1. I am going back to school for my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family therapy, so I don't know how much I'll be able to contribute. I plan to continue to make some contribution as I go along.

2. I am blessed to be typing this for you to read today. I was in an automobile accident just yesterday and was hit on my driver's side at 40 + miles per hour. I am very upset that my favorite car, my 2000 Mitsibitshi Eclipse was destroyed but I am blessed to say that God protected me. I came out of it without a scratch.

I am reminded that Solider1941, Aeslec and others on this site have gone through health and other issues. I am glad that they are still contributors here. I am blessed to know and share my thoughts on comics, movies, T.V. shows and other random things here on comicart. I thank God for this and I am greatful to Terry for providing this site for all of us. I am happy that I continue to get to talk with all of you. Thank you for your kindness to me and your sharing of ideas. God bless you all.

Wow! Scary!!
I'm happy you're ok. Cars can be replaced. People can't.

We love your contribution to the board and wish you well in school! :)

Thanks. I intend to continue to contribute but school and work may take up most of my time.

Oh my! I'm so glad your okay! It's amazing that you came out without a scratch after crashing at 40 miles per hour. I understand when things come up and you may not have the time to indulge in talking to us geeks :P I would like you to know that I have enjoyed your opinions and the great conversations we've shared. You have been a great friend and even though I've never met you in person, I know your a cool guy. Hope you get that Ph.D.!

Wow! Thank God you weren't hurt. You're certainly right about being blessed.

Sorry about the car, but now that you're going to be a PHD (which you will be in no time, no doubt about it) you'll need something more scholarly anyway. I'd suggest trying one of those old classic british sports cars like an MGB or a Healey. They won't run if it rains, or if it doesn't rain, but otherwise you can't go wrong with them.

Anyway, good luck and God bless you with what you're doing. Be sure to check back with us every now and then. We'll even call you Dr. Zenos. 8)

I'm certainly glad to hear you're OK after something like that. Like Terry said, the car's replaceable, but not you. It's a blessing from God to get out of something like that alive, and especially without an injury. I wish you success in your studies too.

And, on a side note: A Mitsubishi Eclipse? You have fine taste in cars, man. 8)

Very true. The coolness factor of Mitsubishi is very high. What other company can say that Jackie Chan has driven their cars in every movie he's ever made?

Oh my goodness, Zenos I am so happy you are okay. I have been in 2 serious accidents myself and I know how fortunate you are to have come out unscathed.

Miracles are few and far between it seems in the world in which we live in but they are still happening. They just aren't shared as much as bad news is.

Congrats on doing back to school for the PhD as well.

Cheers,
Jeff

2 Semesters down and I'm still passing eveything! It's been pretty tough and I'm learning many new techniques especially for writing for scholar journals. I'm hanging in there :!:

Congratulations! I knew you'd do well.

I certainly don't envy you the work, though. Every time I think about essays and journals and such, I feel like your avatar picture.
